Büyükyalı is being constructed with the partnership of Özak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigün İnşaat, and with the assurance of Emlak Konut. Currently rising on the Kazlıçeşme coastal road that stretches along the Sea of Marmara, Büyükyalı establishes a new seaside neighborhood through an extension of the coastal line of Bosporus.
Büyükyalı is located at the very intersection of all new transportation systems – road, sea and rail systems - of Istanbul right beside the Historical Peninsula. The armoured vehicles repair shop which survived from the 19th Century will house shops, cafes, restaurants and exhibition units as part of Büyükyalı.
WORKSHOPS AND WAREHOUSES
The loft units at the existing building of workshops and warehouses which was among the modern industrial examples of the late 19th and early 20th Century will be used as home-offices while the integral and large area of the building will be used commercially.
